Was One Direction 's "Night Changes" performance the best of the 2014 American Music Awards? Watch for yourself and see. We have mad love for these guys, but we think they really nailed the vocals and gave an amazing performance.Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik stood in a field of grass under the night sky (of course) with a big old moon hanging behind them. Yeah, they didn't have flashy lighting or backup dancers, but they didn't need all of the hype either.
Earlier in the evening, One Direction picked up the awards for Favorite Pop/Rock Band/Duo/Group and Favorite Pop/Rock Album . A huge night for 1D and their fans!
