Hello there, Friends. How are you?
Before we get to the party, I owe you a bit of a chit chat.
I pulled my Easter tote out to discover that I'd given a lot of my Easter decor away. Of course, I went shopping for more. I was thrilled when I noticed that my thrift store had their Easter decor on display. It was not to be, however, since the cute stuff they had on display was from me.
I didn't buy any of it back. I was tempted by the green bunny, however.
When Bill was getting out of his car the other night, he just happened to look at the neighbor's tree and he saw this little guy.
Poor little thing was shacking like crazy. Bill called the police since it was after hours for animal control. They contacted after hours animal control. They said they needed to come pick it up since it was sick. They were pretty sure it had distemper which is a neurological disorder. There was no hope for the little thing and it would need to be put down. I'm glad Bill saw it so that it didn't spread the disease further. It can spread to domesticated animals through food bowls. Yikes.
I've been doing some spring cleaning. It's such a blessing to have time to clean out closets and cabinets.
I put lights in the china cabinet in the section behind glass.
I love how it illuminates the crystal.
The lighting system is from IKEA. Choosing the lighting was a little more complicated that I felt like it needed to be but it is great. IKEA has good directions so it wasn't difficult to install.
I've done a little spring decorating. I can't wait for spring!

Look at this tutorial for making a device sleeve. It's so cute. Think about how the customization that you can do with some simple sewing skills.
