Matthew 6:33&34
But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness,
and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow,
for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.

First Things
Why do we search for satisfaction everywhere,
then finally come to You, Lord?
No wonder we are worried,
frazzled,
fractured,
immobilized.
Teach us to live in today,
this day, all our senses present.
Help us to notice earth's shades of green,
embrace the sun's warm rays,
drink in the fresh, cool rain,
dance to the robin's song.
Draw us in to Your heart of faithfulness
until with praise on our lips,
joy in our hearts,
we come to where You are
FIRST!

I just got back from my walk. The highlight of this mornings walk was seeing a fox and her baby! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a picture.
I'll be going to church later this morning and when I get home my parents should be here. They are coming down from Pa for a visit.
